Values: Trust, Specialize, Always Deliver, Global Citizen

In designing the course illustrations, I focused on aligning with Valency's website theme and branding guidelines, particularly the blue and green color scheme. I chose a monochromatic style with green as a consistent accent to reinforce brand identity, incorporating shades of yellow and orange that are commonly associated with capital projects, such as construction signage and safety equipment. Each illustration was crafted to visually represent the course content, integrating relevant graphics like machinery and tools that highlight key themes.

In addition, I emphasized diversity in the illustrations by including people of color. This choice was vital to ensure inclusivity and reflect the diverse workforce involved in capital projects. Representing diversity in visuals not only fosters inclusiveness but also resonates with a broader audience, making everyone feel seen and valued within the industry.
